Ohio Medical Board: What happened to Affirmative Defense?

The State of Ohio Medical Board is not allowing physicians to issue written recommendations to use medical marijuana until the physician has obtained a certificate to recommend from the State Medical Board of Ohio.

Without a process to certify certification, this leaves patients without an option until the Medical Board promulgates rules related to the certificate to recommend.
